Discovering and identifying a new way of thinking is always the first step in any change process. While a move away from the status quo and the ‘always been done like this’ paradigm takes enormous courage, it has little to no chance of success if it can’t be integrated and translated into meaningful organisational behaviour.

TomorrowToday has developed a consulting offering designed to take our future thinking frameworks and work with you to contextualise them into your specific area of need.

Our expertise lies in our ability to work alongside organisations to identify the ethos of the organisation, and then to build a strategy to ensure the best possible integration into the business.

Our consulting offering is defined by our people. We are not a large organisation. Our people make the difference and add value to our clients. We do not rely on generic solutions and standardised techniques. To this end we do not have a small army of consultants. We get intimately involved with our clients, through their people.

Drawing from current and previous partnerships with our clients, in a variety of industries, our role has taken on some of the following shapes:

  • Extended Talent Management programme, working with managers and leaders to get their minds around a changing world of work and a new kind of worker.
  • Diagnostic interventions which probe the organisation, through the use of narrative (stories) to determine the not-so-obvious themes running through the business.
  • Design and implementation of a Change Management process aimed at creating a common organisational story resulting in the alignment of business and people objectives.
  • Leadership interventions addressing issues such as mentoring, coaching and succession planning.
  • Marketing and communication interventions aimed at increasing sales as well as brand and product awareness.
