The Enneagram

 

The Enneagram is an ancient personality profiling tool with nine different categories, numbered one to nine. Each “type” is governed by underlying needs and desires.  Our process helps people to correctly identify their own "type" as well as to identify the types of others around them which in a business context would be colleagues or clients.  Unlike other more modern (and scientific) tools, one does not need to take a formal test to identify the types - they become obvious in behaviour and attitudes.  Having understood your own type, and the types of others around you, this offering then offers practical assistance for inter-personal relationships, team development, motivation and behaviour change.  It also has excellent application in a sales environment from the perspective of understanding the triggers and motivators of one’s client enabling more successful negotiation processes.

Delivered as half or full day programme, this intervention has profound and far-reaching outcomes as individuals start to recognise the triggers and behaviours in themselves and others. By understanding the motivation behind these, they are better able to engage with colleagues effectively while also being aware of their own reactions to situations.

Horse Whispering
